Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels; references to "cookies" in this policy cover these technologies too.
2. How Formedee uses cookies
The Site is built to work with minimal cookies. Depending on which features are active at any given time, we may use the following categories:
| Category | Purpose | Can be disabled? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Required for core site functionality (e.g. remembering that you closed a banner, basic security) | No — required for the Site to function |
| Performance / analytics | Helps us understand how visitors use the Site, e.g. via privacy-respecting analytics, so we can improve it | Yes, via your cookie preferences or browser settings |
| Third-party embeds | Fonts and scripts loaded from third-party providers (e.g. Google Fonts, animation libraries) may set or read limited technical data as part of normal delivery | Depends on provider — see Section 4 |
We do not currently use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
3. Why we use them
- To keep the Site secure and functioning as intended;
- To understand aggregate visitor behaviour so we can improve content and performance;
- To remember your preferences where applicable (for example, a cookie-consent choice).
4. Third-party services
Some elements of the Site are delivered via third-party providers, which may set their own cookies or collect technical data under their own privacy policies, for example: web fonts, animation libraries, and video hosting. We recommend reviewing the relevant provider's own cookie and privacy documentation for details of what they collect.
5. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when a cookie is set. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site. Guidance for common browsers:
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the Site evolves, including if we introduce new analytics or functionality that changes which cookies are used. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
